Unit Elections are how members are recruited into the Order of the Arrow. You should join the Elections committee if you are interested in helping troops recruit more eligible members into the Order of the Arrow, ready to begin the process of their Ordeal. The Elections Committee is run by the Committee chair, Fred Trice, and advised by the Adult Advisor Jill Lucero.
